Four-side Moulder (Universal spindle) I.Product Use：
This machine is used for four-side planing or milling shapes of wood. Its maximum working width is 230mm, maximum working thickness is 160mm, feeding speed can reach 60m/min. It has four vertical cutter spindles(every side has two cutter spindles). Stable performance, good processing quality and high production efficiency.

1. The machine body(frame) is made of high-quality cast iron with integrally casting, by special treatment and precision machining of gantry processing center; stable performance, good rigidity, good precision;
2. The worktable is made of special wear - resistant material, with hard chrome plating, its surface bright, beautiful, and has the wear resistance, long service life;
3. The second top cutter and second bottom cutter spindles adopts oil pressure tension-external support technology, effectively meet the strong cutting, stable performance;
4. The rear left and right vertical spindles and rear top and bottom spindles are equipped with the online automatic straight-blade grinding mechanism, to achieve the automatic grinding of the blade, to ensure the consistency of the cutting circle of the blade, to meet the needs of high-speed cutting;
5. The feeding system is equipped with 15 sets of upper feeding rollers and 7 sets of active bottom feeding rollers, a total of 22 sets of feeding rollers. Two sets of air-floating active bottom feeding rollers in front of the front bottom cutter and two sets of large diameter upper feeding rollers (the first set has overrunning clutch), among them.
6. The left vertical spindle side-pressure mechanism and top spindle front pressure plate mechanism are all with the sectional-type cylinder pressing mechanism and centralized control, to ensure that the pressure is stable, easy to adjust, and keep smooth feeding;
7. The two top spindles adopt electric lifting, realizing the synchronous lifting, and also can do the separate fine-tuning of the two top cutter.
8. The lifting, advance and retreat of each cutter spindle of the machine are adjusted by universal coupling mechanism, equipped with numerical control system, electrical induction control and pneumatic loosening and locking mechanism, with easy and fast operation;
9. The feeding system is equipped with large torque reduction box and universal coupling drive mechanism, and is equipped with international brand frequency converter to realize variable frequency feeding speed, with the feeding speed reaching 10-60m/min. With smooth feeding, strong and powerful;
10. Each cutter spindle is controlled by touch screen and PLC, realizing the numerical control operation;
11. Equipped with centralized lubricating system, lubricating for all lifting, sliding and driving parts.
12. The main electrical components and transmission components are from international brands, with stable performance and good reliability.
